The Allblue Atlas is a compact, heavy-duty metal slow jig designed for both shore and inshore boat jigging. The flutter-on-the-drop action triggers reaction strikes from predatory species, while the solid construction handles the punishment of reef, rock, and open water fishing.

Available in 4 weights (20g to 60g) and 3 colour options, the Atlas covers light inshore work right through to deeper water jigging for pelagics and bottom dwellers.

Key Features

  • Slow Fall Action — wide, fluttering descent mimics a wounded baitfish on the drop, triggering strikes from fish that won't chase a fast lure
  • Super Hard Construction — built to handle reef, rock, and structure without distorting on impact
  • Versatile Weight Range — 20g for shallow shore work, up to 60g for deeper water and stronger current
  • Shore & Boat Ready — effective from the beach, rocks, jetty, or boat
  • Compact Profile — dense, heavy-for-size body casts well into wind and sinks fast to the strike zone

Weight Guide

Weight Depth / Application AU Target Species
20g Shallow shore jigging, 0–10m Trevally, Tailor, Salmon, Bream
30g Mid-range, 10–20m, light boat or rock Trevally, Kingfish (juvenile), Snapper, Flathead
40g Inshore boat, 20–40m, moderate current Kingfish, Snapper, Cobia, Amberjack
60g Deeper water, 30–60m, strong current Kingfish, Amberjack, Snapper, Mulloway

How to Fish the Atlas

  • Slow Pitch — lift the rod slowly and let the jig flutter back down on a semi-slack line. Most strikes come on the drop.
  • Speed Jig — fast, aggressive lifts with a spinning reel work well for schooling pelagics like trevally and salmon.
  • Shore Casting — cast out, let it sink to the bottom, then slow roll or jig back through the water column. Deadly for tailor, trevally, and flathead off rocks and beaches.

Rig with a single assist hook (rear or dual) for best hook-up rates on slow pitch. Split ring and treble optional for shore casting.

⚠️ Safety Notice: This product contains sharp hooks and small parts. Handle with care. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Colours may vary slightly from images shown due to screen settings and product availability. Always follow safe fishing practices.
