Where We Ship We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $30: $2.99 flat rate standard shipping

Orders $30 and over: FREE shipping

Delivery Timeframes All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Remote and regional areas may be at the higher end of this timeframe.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Processing Times Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cast N Go is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or our courier partners. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), additional delays may occur.
