Delivery Timeframes
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Australia & New Zealand: 3-10 business days
United States & Canada: 3-15 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 3-15 business days
France, Germany, Austria, Italy & Spain: 3-15 business days
Mexico: 4-20 business days
Taiwan: 3-15 business days
Some fishing rods may take longer to arrive because of their size and shipping requirements. For affected rods, estimated delivery is usually 16 - 20 business days can be up to approximately 40 business days depending on location and shipping company. Please check the delivery estimate on the product page where available. If your order includes other items, they may arrive separately.
Remote and regional areas may take longer. Some products may be shipped from overseas locations depending on local stock availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cast N Go is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or courier partners. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), additional delays may occur.
Lost or Missing Parcels
