PURELURE Reflex Arc BFS Round Baitcasting Reel | 158g

The PURELURE Reflex Arc BFS round baitcasting reel combines an aluminium-alloy body with a lightweight short-shaft spool for finesse lure fishing. At approximately 158g, it pairs a compact round profile with 7.6:1 gearing, stepless magnetic braking and a recommended lure range of 1–10g.

Features

• Aluminium-alloy body: one-piece die-cast frame with CNC-machined detailing.
• Lightweight aluminium spool: approximately 3.2g bare spool weight or 4.9g including shaft, bearing and pin.
• Stepless magnetic brake: adjustable braking with eight N52 magnets to tune spool control.
• 7.6:1 gearing: fast line pickup for managing slack and working small lures.
• 12+1 stainless-steel bearings: including a one-way bearing.
• Brass drivetrain: brass main gear and manganese-brass pinion with dual-bearing support.
• Up to 4kg maximum drag: with an audible drag clicker as line pays out against the drag.
• Forward-positioned ceramic line guide: guides line from the spool during casting and retrieval.
• Metal handle and star drag: aluminium-alloy handle arm, machined metal knobs and six-point star adjustment.

Choose your colour and retrieve hand

The Color selector combines the finish and retrieve hand. Each selection includes one reel, not a pair.

• NIGHT PULSE-Left / NIGHT PULSE-Right: black body and handle with purple spool and accents. Standard colourway.
• METEORITE-Left / METEORITE-Right: gunmetal grey with silver-grey spool and handle details. Limited-edition colourway.
• AURORA-Left / AURORA-Right: purple body with grey/silver spool and handle details. Limited-edition colourway.

Left means you turn the handle with your left hand; Right means you turn it with your right hand. Choose your preferred retrieve side when ordering. The colourways share the listed core specifications; the limited-edition designation identifies the finish rather than a different gear ratio or extra reel.

Weights and dimensions are approximate. Casting performance depends on the rod, line, lure, brake settings and technique. Match the setup to the recommended lure range rather than relying on a guaranteed minimum casting weight. Maximum drag is not a lifting capacity; set it to suit your rod, line and leader.

What's included

One PURELURE Reflex Arc reel with spool and handle, in your chosen colourway and retrieve hand. Fishing line, rods and any alternative handles shown in fishing examples are not specified as inclusions.

Finesse fishing

Pair the Reflex Arc with a compatible BFS baitcasting rod for small-lure sessions targeting trout, redfin, bass or bream. Its light spool and adjustable brakes suit a carefully matched finesse setup, whether you are placing casts along creek edges or working small lures around sheltered structure.

Setup and care

Begin with a higher brake setting and reduce it gradually to suit the lure and conditions. Use thumb control throughout the cast; magnetic braking does not eliminate backlash.

Keep sand and grit out of the reel, clean and dry it after fishing, and maintain moving parts regularly. After saltwater exposure, gently rinse the exterior with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the reel; sealed bearings do not make the complete reel waterproof.
