Tsurinoya Intruder 80S Sinking Minnow – Trout Pike Rockfish | 80mm 12g

The Tsurinoya Intruder 80S Sinking Minnow is an 80mm medium-heavy river minnow engineered specifically for cross-stream and down-cross casting in the strong flow of main-stream rivers. The flat-side body combined with a fixed low centre of gravity weight system gives the lure excellent swimming stability and initiation in fast, complex current — it grips the water immediately and responds to consecutive twitching through the rod without losing its swim posture. The lipped hard body dives to 0.7–1.2m, keeping the lure in the trout and predator zone throughout the retrieve. Top-of-the-range castability for precision presentations across fast-flowing mainstream sections.

Key Features

• Fixed low centre of gravity weight — fixed weight positioned low in the body keeps the lure stable and swimming true in the strong flow of fast main-stream river sections where moving-weight models can lose their action
• Flat-side body — flat body profile grips the water immediately on initiation and produces a responsive, sharp swimming action in fast current that round-body minnows struggle to match
• Cross-stream performance — designed for casting down-cross to target trout and predators holding in the main current, with swimming performance that maintains stability as the lure swings across the flow
• Rapid action initiation and consecutive twitching — activates instantly at the start of the retrieve and can be worked with consecutive rod twitches in tight spaces without losing action
• 0.7–1.2m dive range — lipped design for consistent depth control in the productive shallow to mid-water trout zone
• Top-level castability — body weight and geometry optimised for casting distance and accuracy in open river environments
• 2 × #8 treble hooks — sharp fine-wire treble hooks for fast penetration on light-bite trout strikes
