Reel details

The spinning option includes a size 1000 MS-X reel. The MS-X spinning reel range features a 5.2:1 gear ratio and 4+1 bearings.

The MS-X baitcasting reel weighs approximately 186g and features a carbon-fibre handle, aluminium spool, double magnetic braking system and ceramic line guide. Its maximum drag is 6kg, with line capacities of approximately 0.168mm/120m or 0.205mm/100m.

Maximum reel drag is not a rod lifting capacity. Set the drag to suit the rod's 2–6lb line rating and your chosen fishing line.

Available colours

All options use the MS-X grey and black colour scheme with orange trim and pale grey grips. The spinning reel has an orange-accented spool; the baitcasting reel has orange handle knobs. The choices are reel configurations, not separate colourways.
