Pre-Rigged — Ready to Fish

Each swimbait comes pre-rigged with the jig head attached and the hook set through the body in the correct position — no separate threading, no rigging time on the water. Pre-rigged soft plastics are particularly practical when fishing multiple colours or sizes across a session: swap the entire lure, not just the plastic. The jig head is a long-cast design with enough weight to achieve distance on a standard light to medium spinning outfit while maintaining the slow, deep sink rate that produces strikes from bream and flathead holding on the bottom.

Paddle Tail Action

The paddle-shaped tail is the primary action driver. On the retrieve, water pressure deflects the paddle left and right alternately, producing a consistent thumping vibration through the tail and body that travels through the water as a low-frequency pressure wave. Fish detect this pressure wave through their lateral line — a sensory system that registers water movement rather than visual stimulus — which means the paddle tail produces strikes in low-visibility and dirty water conditions where lures that rely on visual attraction alone lose effectiveness. The thump cadence changes with retrieve speed: slow retrieve produces a wide, lazy tail sweep; fast retrieve produces a tight, high-frequency kick. Both cadences are effective for different species and conditions.

Light-Refracting Pattern

The lure body incorporates a light-refracting pattern — a holographic or prism-effect element within the soft plastic that scatters and redirects light as the lure moves. As the tail sweeps and the body rolls on the retrieve, the light-refracting pattern produces random, directional flashes that mimic the lateral line and scale flash of a live baitfish turning in the water. This visual flash stimulus is most effective in clear to lightly coloured water where fish are using vision as the primary hunting sense. 3D Eyes

Each swimbait is fitted with 3D moulded eyes — raised, domed eyes with a pupil detail that create a realistic eye profile when viewed from any angle. Predatory fish key on the eye of prey fish as a targeting reference point; a visible, realistic eye contributes to the lure’s effectiveness during the final strike approach when the fish is close enough to see the lure in detail.
